Decision making under presssure

Businesses are having to make some very tough decisions at present. So it is good to hear from elite rugby player,  Carl Rimmer, who won the Aviva Premiership with Exeter Chiefs, talking about how he prepared so he could make the right decisions under pressure on the rugby field. Carl’s advice: get your processes right; focus on those and not just the outcomes; reflect and learn. As ever business can learn a lot from sport.
