Owned by Adam Henson and his business partner, Cotswold Farm Park is a tourist attraction in the Cotswolds. The objective was to review their marketing strategy and help create and implement an effective plan. TCA now has an ongoing relationship with the Cotswold Farm Park, providing business strategy and marketing support.

Tim’s ‘Ideal Magazine’ workshops have helped bring a new energy and focus to our business.

A charismatic communicator, Tim provided platforms for much-needed discussion and debate, encouraged teamwork to develop effective future strategy, offered insightful and inspiring examples from his own, considerable industry experience, and set goals to ensure accountability, progress and to maintain momentum.

With a  genuine interest in the workshop delegates and their passion for the business, Tim led sessions which were engaging, stimulating and motivational. All received positive feedback. Minutes, action points and updates were provided promptly after each session and Tim was happy to share slides where appropriate, as well as taking time to make valuable introductions to contacts.

I attended a series of magazine workshops run by Tim for Neswquest Cumbria and now feel invigorated, motivated and inspired by the whole experience. It has affected the way I work in a deep and long-lasting manner.

I particularly enjoyed the way Tim combined more formal work with free-flow discussions – his flexible approach is very refreshing. He shares his considerable experience without being patronising and helps participants get to their own conclusions. He is a guide rather than a teacher.
