The launch of Team-i’s unique suite of training programmes took place in the plush surroundings of Dean Clarke House in Exeter…home of leading property development and investment company Burrington Estates.

A selection of hand-picked South West business leaders were invited to attend a bespoke morning at which Tim Thurston and Kai Horstmann of Team-i demonstrated their course programme and gave examples of how the curriculum could be adapted for companies in a variety of ways.

Tim explains: “Dean Clarke House is as a fantastic meeting space and we are grateful to Mark Edworthy, MD of Burrington Estates, for offering us this facility. He was impressed when Kai and I initially spoke to him about our plans – so much so that he offered us the chance to demonstrate to key businesses hosted at his company HQ.

Those invited on the day included representatives from businesses such as Devon County Council, Prydis Wealth, Redrok, Keane & Parker, the Organic Agency and  Buddy Creative.

Kai and Tim led them in a bespoke training session which gave an overview of the nine-point Team-i and invited comment and interaction on the new programme.

Tim adds: “It was great for us to go ‘live’ with the programme in such prestigious company. Both Kai and I found it was a great exercise in demonstrating what we know businesses can learn from our programme.

“I am pleased to say we had inquiries for follow-up business afterwards and we were delighted to get positive feedback in person on the day.”

Marc Edworthy of Burrington Estates says:

“I am both fascinated by the comparisons between elite sport and successful business also a big fan of Kai. Therefore, I am delighted to help support the launch of this ambitious training company. It has been great to experience some of the training content first hand from which I have already implemented a couple of ideas from the sporting world into our business”
