Personality profiling

For a team to be successful, individuals must firstly understand themselves and understand the role they play in the organisation. Once this is established, to improve performance, team members need to understand each other and where their role integrate to achieve the overall purpose of the organisation. Through understanding one another, team members can improve the effectiveness of their communication and collaborate better.

MiRo psychometrics have created a system that combines the learnings from Carl Jung and William Marston, on which the majority of the personality profiling tools are based. However, what MiRo does is integrate the methods into one overall system.

Following the completion of a simple questionnaire a comprehensive report is created that could be used for individual coaching and counselling; recruitment and selection; personal and professional development.
